The lime feeding device is designed to precisely deliver a controlled amount of lime powder (CaO, Ca(OH)2) into the compressed air of the material truck via the feeding tube within the lime bin. Any dust generated during this process is efficiently collected by the bag dust collector, ensuring a clean working environment for both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems. The collected dust settles on the surface of the bag and is managed by the dust collector, ultimately returning it to the powder bin.

To achieve the desired weight, the stored lime powder is regulated by a valve and directed into the weighing hopper. From there, it is transported via a spiral conveyor to the solution box. The inlet electric valve and solution tank mixer are activated, combining the dry powder with water to create a solution of the desired concentration. This prepared liquid is then dispensed from the solution box using a dispensing pump, benefiting both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems.

The lime feeding device finds extensive applications, particularly in the storage and injection of sewage and sludge treatment agents, including lime, activated carbon, sodium carbonate, magnesium oxide, and more.
